| Ok. I'm out of patience. You guys never respond to tickets, and most of the updates have a terrible download rate. I just logged on for the first time in 3 days, and went through 10 different updates before I found one with a high download speed. I've asked over and over again for you guys to fix this, but since you won't, can you at least give us some kind of identifier for each of your servers so I can tell which updates will have a good download speed? If not, I'm outa here pretty soon. You guys used to be the best, but with me, your rep is now tarnished... |
