Hi PG, I asked the support guys to really try to help if you use contact form. Gimme some details and I'll try myself. Are you right clicking and trying to save the file? Any specific errors? What browser and operating system?
If you're using Windows click start, run type msconfig, click ok. Try to uncheck stuff starting up. Get your system as simple as possible, you can always turn things back on. Often security programs can get in the way.
I'm taking shots in the dark without anymore specifics. |
