I gave 5 stars, but really is a 4.5. I don't speak Japanese, but it seems the wife is "working" off her husband's debt by doing Soapland work at night. She starts reluctantly but by the end is enjoying her work. The film could be better if the transition from humiliated wife to sexually confident professional was more developed, and the humiliated husband plays his role well too. Very erotic film in a dark and sensual way.
